At OJS Fibreglassing, we put a lot of hard work and dedication into our customers projects, we take in every little detail that they would love and we expand it, make it reality for them. From ponds to water features, roofs to guttering, Van to horse box Linings, Tanks to Bunds, and Swimming pools to wet rooms and much much more. You name it, we'd be happy to do our work where we can. We use wet laid Fiberglass instead of preformed, this being it is onsite and can form any existing structure possible. We also specialise in KOI Ponds & have a wide range of advise & support, whether our clients are new to the koi world or years in the making. With our long guarantee on ponds, roofs & guttering, water sealant, tough wearing through any weather, built to last, finished off with the OJS- GRP extra touch. All work is carried out with the highest standard. We travel all around the UK, miles don't concern us when it means the projects are done right the first time. Can you do Fibreglass all year round?
To put it bluntly, YES! We can complete all year round. Certain jobs can be delayed due to weather, ie Roofs, Uncovered projects. But if you follow our guide once booked, there is no reason for us to not complete, no matter the weather. We have all the right equipment to correctly preform the work that needs doing.

Does the Fibreglass need washing down once done in livestock Ponds etc?
Absolutely not! Our Fibreglass does not need to be washed or scrubbed down, it is chemically inert once fully cured and has zero chemical leaching at all. 100% safe. All we ask is to leave the pond/job 24-48hours for it to fully cure, and then simply fill up!
Do you recommend PU Foam boards?
We do not! We do not recommend PU at all. Unfortunately we will not Fibreglass onto this. We recommend foil backed insulation 100%. We can supply & install this, and we correctly fit this securely to the area needed with our trusted skills and fixings, to guarantee a solid base for GRP lining. We don't fix this to the flooring as it is not needed.

Terms & Conditions
- OJS ask for a 50% booking fee to confirm your booking date upon booking. This is invoiced to you via email and is due on receipt, if for some reason the invoice is not settled within 48hours, the provisional booking will be cancelled. this is due to high demand. If the job is cancelled by us (OJS) 10% of the booking fee is non-refundable. If the job is cancelled on your behalf, 50% of the booking fee is non-refundable.
We know that some builds/jobs can run over the estimated completion date, so we are happy to change our booking dates a maximum of 3 times, after this amount, on the next agreed upon date the balance will be due in FULL before job/project will commence. If after changing the dates for maximum times and then cancelled on your behalf 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable.
- Our standard colour for ponds is Black, - other RAL Numbers are available at extra costs, these vary on different colours. Please state colour upon booking if different from our standard option.
- Our standard colour for roofs is Grey.
-ALL Ponds need to be covered, and for Glasser's to be able to work safely underneath. If you are unable to cover, you must notify us immediately as this could occur delays on completing. If 100% unable to cover and are not local (further afield), If you are happy we can still travel to complete but once GRP is completed, if any weather/elements was to effect the GRP in anyway this would NOT be covered within our warranty and would be a repair cost. If we travel to the job (not covered) and are unable to complete the work due to weather/elements, there will be an extra charge for time/travel/day.
- With our estimated quotes, these are done by our clients giving measurements to us themselves. On job commence date, If the project/job is bigger sizing, there will be additional costs if need be, we do honour minimal extra.
We provide quotations with the option for us to come and view your project if you have any worries on the measurements. If you are further a field, we are happy to video call and talk you through where to measure from to get the most accurate measurements.
Our quotes are valid for 30days from the date they were given, if a price increase occurs within that period, you will be given notice and a date that the quote will stand till. We do not hold onto Clients details or job details if a confirmed booking was not made.
- Remaining balances are paid on the day of completion via BACs, Card Payment or Cash. The remaining amount invoice will be sent via email on the day of completion. By confirming/booking with us, you are agreeing to our T&Cs and agreement on payment due dates. Upon booking if you require a specific payment due date, you must notify us at the time of booking, this will be added to your booking and booking fee invoice for confirmation.
Unfortunately in very rare circumstances, Failure to make payment on completion date, a £25.00 per day late payment will be added to your final invoice.
- At OJS we do supply & fit viewing windows for ponds, but if you wish to do this yourselves, our guarantee is void on the areas surrounding or near the window area, please bare this in mind.
Any damage or altering done to the fibreglass by yourself or other companies/persons is a chargeable repair and will not be within the guarantee (whether this be fitting a window or removing of windows already fitted by OJS for any reason - any damage/alters caused will be chargeable).
If you wish for us to fit these, please make us aware upon booking as this service is at an additional cost & will not be done if told on the day of project/job commencement.
- If your job/project requires a skip on the premises, this is for the job and use of OJS ONLY, There will be a fee of the skip total if this is used by any other company/client. If you are happy to cover the cost of the skip and still allowing the job materials and use by OJS please make us aware - this cost will be due upfront along with your deposit.
- We offer our Guarantee on all of our projects & Jobs.

-Our Guarantee's are valid from the date of completion once final payment has been received, which is always due on the day of project completion. Until final payment is made our guarantee does not apply to your project.
We will always honour within these time frames, unless our linings have been tampered with by clients, other contractors or any others, accidental damage to the lining by client or others, weather wear or structure movement, with this, we are more than happy to repair any of above at an additional cost.
If you notice any problems no matter how small, to notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve and avoid possible further complications.
We will always aim to give our clients the highest possible standards no matter the job, even after completion we are always on hand to advise & support in the future!
- Preform projects (Custom), are custom made-to-order and are non-refundable. Delivery (Chargeable) is CURB SIDE ONLY, there must be enough people onsite for off loading. Any damages caused during off loading are the responsibility of the client. Failed deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge. Can be collected directly but must be enough people to help load safely & carefully. Any movement found to be caused by unlevelled grounds will not be covered under the guarantee.
- Regarding to Ponds, Each one is very different to others, we ask for these to be left EMPTY for 24-48 hours to insure that the fibreglass has fully cured, if you wish to fill sooner, please be aware that if the fibreglass has not fully cured, you could encounter problems which is out of our guarantee and to repair will incur charges. After completion, promptly after our time frame, we ask for our clients to fill a minimum of 12inches of water, if not yet ready to completely fill the pond, otherwise fill away!
If for some reason, the pond is left empty over 48 hours +, and you have a high water table this could cause the fibreglass to delaminate off of the base of the structure, which will void our guarantee and will occur charges to rectify.
